Refund Policy

  • All bookings for any properties being managed by Incred Stays whether through our website, 3rd party OTAs or agents are non refundable unless specified otherwise. It should be noted that cash refunds for any bookings are not available.
  • For bookings done through our website, Whatsapp helpline or official email, a credit voucher valid for upto 60 days starting from date of cancellation can be provided which can be used to book an alternative property being managed by our company at future point of time within the 60 day period. This is subject to availability and the cancellation needs to be apprised at least 1 week before check in. This voucher can only be used once and any difference in the total bill has to be borne by the customer.
  • For bookings that are marked as Non-Refundable and Non-Amendable, no refund or credit voucher is available.
